Review :
Pure fun
When I went to see this film I've prepared myself for a mediocre no budget independent production. I would normally skip it but since it was directed by someone I knew personally, I wanted to provide my support no matter what.... Oh, my, was I wrong!!!!
I absolutely loved this film, from the first shot up until the end. Filled with jokes and slapstick comedy situations, it was very well scripted, directed and acted. The shooting has actually taken place few years ago on Coney Island Ave, right across 61st pct in Brooklyn in a real drug store which, unfortunately, does not exist anymore.
The cast was at the screening, too, including Ben Bailey (Zack) from "Cash Cab".
It was my pleasure to meet them all.
It is great to see that there are talents not corrupted by the big movie industry who are creative and original. Way to go, Dave Broytman and the crew! Job well done, and from the bottom of my heart I wish many more to come.
